For schools, 12 to 24 months gives the best fixture and venue options. We can move faster when needed.

It starts with a conversation with Geoff or Cole, usually on a video call, about your team, your sport and your dates. We come back with a proposal and an honest price. Once you confirm, we lock in games, accommodation and transport. Match details are confirmed with the host schools and clubs at least three weeks before you leave, and you get the final sports schedule at least two weeks out.

Anything from 7 to 21 days. Two weeks is the most common, which leaves time for four games and a proper look at the country.

We host groups of 20 to 100. Larger parties usually travel as a boys group and a girls group on their own coaches.

It depends on the country and the code. Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Australia and South Africa play their winter sports in the same months we do, so the April, July and October holidays can all work. North America is different. School rugby there is a spring sport, hockey and volleyball are played in the autumn and basketball runs through the winter. Tell us your sport and we will tell you the window.

Your own coaches and staff stay in charge of your players, and we plan every day around them. Travel days and match days are mapped out in advance, boys and girls teams are accommodated separately, and everyone travelling must hold their own travel insurance.

Yes, it is the tour we run most. Recent school groups have travelled with rugby, hockey and volleyball teams together, and with rugby, basketball, hockey and handball. Boys and girls teams tour as one party and play on the same days where we can.

Yes. Taking a New Zealand team overseas is a big job, and we handle games, travel, accommodation and the day to day. Depending on the tour, one of us travels with you or we work with trusted partners on the ground, and we will tell you which before you commit.

We are building Japan now, with people on the ground in both countries, and rugby is where we are starting. If your school is thinking about Japan, talk to us early and we will tell you honestly what is possible for your group.

We can plan one with you. The United States is a newer destination for us and every tour there is built from scratch, so we will be straight about what we can line up. Basketball is a game we know: Cole was general manager of the Taranaki Airs. The American school season runs from about November to March, which suits a December or January trip.

Yes. We have planned school cricket around Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and Australia is the natural place to start. Tell us your grade and when you want to travel.
